Greg is a 32 year old mechanic who presents with lower back pain. In this activity you will be guided through spinal examinations leading to a differential diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. Ankylosing Spondylitis is a painful, progressive, rheumatic disease. It mainly affects the spine but it can also affect other joints, tendons and ligaments.
